Context

Good HVAC solutions depend on shared understanding. Many organisations face the same challenge: decisions are made in complex environments, but the fundamentals are not always common ground. When knowledge levels vary across stakeholders, communication becomes harder, priorities drift, and avoidable mistakes follow.

Training sessions is one of the most effective ways to improve alignment and confidence, whether in project teams, manufacturing organisations, or building owner environments.

What we provide

We offer targeted training sessions in HVAC, ventilation, indoor environment, energy use in buildings, and sustainability-related issues and requirements. The goal is practical understanding that can be applied immediately, across disciplines and roles.

Sessions are designed to strengthen shared language and technical clarity, helping teams ask better questions and make better decisions.

Targeted training sessions

Pratical insight into complex topics

Clear examples and visual explanation

Typical topics

Training content is adapted to the audience, but often includes:

  • Ventilation basics: why we ventilate, key IAQ parameters, and how indoor environments are shaped

  • Human factors: metabolism, comfort, health, and the relationship between ventilation and wellbeing

  • Energy use in buildings: drivers, efficiency measures, and trade-offs

  • HVAC fundamentals: system principles, components, and performance interactions

  • Regulations and standards: key requirements and how to interpret them

  • Sustainability in HVAC, EPDs and LCA: what matters most, what matters less, and how to avoid oversimplification

How we approach it

Sessions are designed to be clear, practical, and engaging. We focus on fundamentals, common misunderstandings, and the key mechanisms that drive real-world outcomes. Concepts are explained using clear examples and strong visualisations to support shared understanding and effective learning. There is always room for questions and discussion.

Training can be delivered as:

  • short evening sessions (2–3 hours)

  • half-day or full-day workshops

  • tailored in-house training

  • executive briefings and onboarding sessions
